I had never…. before Maria!
For Maria’s Birthday, I wanted to write up a small list of things that I had never… before I met Maria.
I had never carried with me nearly all the time, a bottle of water. (She makes me.)
I had never drunk as much water throughout the day. (It’s to make the bottle lighter.)
I had never eaten as many vegetables (I’m not complaining, but neither am I all that thrilled.)
I had never owned so many cool shirts which got so many responses (mostly good, with the exception of Stephanie Paone.)
I had never had any one do all my laundry so faithfully without ever complaining. (Even if she does at times mix up the different types of socks,)
I had never gotten such cool and what I would consider to be classy gifts, on occasions such as Birthdays, Christmas, Father’s Day, (since I never had a Father’s Day.)
I had never had as much great sex with the same person. (I say this in a good way!)
I had never known anyone to put up with me for as long an amount of time, with the exception of my parents, (but they had no choice.)
I had never known someone to be so concerned for my happiness and fulfillment. (Again, with the same exception as above, but this is not about them, it’s about Maria!)
I had never been able to really father, what is soon to be four beautiful children. (Since I didn’t have any.)
I had never had a more wonderful wife. (Truth be told, I had never had a wife.)
And most of all, I had never felt so much love from one earthly person before Maria.
For all of these things I love you!

Awesome…I think this is so romantic and real. I loved reading it and I love knowing that you wrote it. I’ve never met Maria, yet I know she’s a first rate person.
